Lumora (Chinese product display name: 「亲享记画」) is provided by Shanghai Xunxin Network Technology Co., Ltd. This page explains how you can access, correct, and delete data we collect when you use Lumora, and how you can control use and sharing. You can also open the full Privacy Policy in the app for details.

1. Self-service in the app (recommended)

After you sign in, you can complete the following actions in the software. Data will sync to our servers (local cache will stay consistent after sync; you may also clear local data by signing out or clearing app data):

• Account profile: In Profile, edit nickname, avatar, and other display information.
• Baby profiles: Add, edit, or delete baby profiles via Baby management and related entry points. Deleting a baby profile removes feeding, sleep, diaper, growth, and related records for that baby and ends sharing with linked family accounts.
• Family and sharing: View, edit, or remove family relationships in baby-related management to control which accounts may view or collaborate on baby data.
• Care and growth records: Edit or delete individual entries on the home feed and in modules such as feeding, sleep, diaper changes, life records, growth charts, etc.
• Sign out: Sign out from Profile to clear login credentials and related local information on this device (does not delete data already synced to our servers unless you delete it separately).
• Delete account: Open Settings from the upper-right corner of Profile, then use Delete account to start and complete account deletion in the app. If you are still the creator of a baby profile, delete that baby profile first.

2. Account deletion, data export, or full deletion requests

To delete your account, sign in and use Delete account under Settings as described above. To request a copy of your personal information we hold, or to request deletion on our servers of other data linked to your account, contact us using the information below. After we verify your identity, we will process your request within a reasonable period as permitted by applicable law.
